Refund Policy

The arimailabs.com website is free to use, so there is nothing to refund for using it. Refunds for our products follow each product’s own policy:
Focus Action
Paid plans are sold through Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. See the Focus Action Refund Policy for the free trial, the refund window and how to ask.
Forge
All Forge tools are free today, so there is nothing to refund. If paid plans launch, the Forge Refund Policy will apply.
ARIM Virtual Try-On
Not available yet. Its refund policy will be published before it launches. As planned, it is prepaid credit and failed generations are never charged.
How to ask
For a purchase made through Paddle, reply to your Paddle receipt or use the link in it, or write to akaidahmedarshad@gmail.com with the email you paid with. Paddle processes approved refunds to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
